Returns and Refunds
Right of withdrawal
Hair LP is attentive to the needs of the consumer, with a strong sensitivity to his satisfaction, therefore it applies the consumer protection rules contained in the LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21 February 2014, n. 21 (in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU, amending directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC, and repealing directives 85/577 EEC and 97/7/EC), relating to consumer protection in distance contracts.
The right of withdrawal or “right of reconsideration” pursuant to the provisions of LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21 February 2014, n. 21 implementing Directive 2011/83/EU will have the following procedures:
- Free: you will not have to pay any penalty or specify the reason for the change of mind as long as all the conditions below are verified
- The goods must be returned within 15 days of receipt, after notification to our email address: info@hairlp.com
- In this case, the return postage costs will be at your expense.
- The goods must be in their original packaging, with all labels, tags and instructions, in perfect condition and without having undergone any alteration. Returns will not be accepted from which tags and labels have been removed, modified or thrown away.
- We will refund you the full amount by bank transfer as soon as possible and in any case no later than the 14 days required by law. It will be your responsibility to correctly communicate the bank details for the refund.
Right of return:
The replacement of the goods will take place in the following ways:
- The first replacement will be free, which means you will not pay any shipping costs.
- For any further replacements, you will be asked to pay shipping and transport costs.
If you buy from abroad you will be asked to pay the shipping costs also for the replacement. This amount will be equal to the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.
